Accredited Maintenance and Calibration
We keep your measuring equipment available, accurate, and compliant, providing preventive and corrective maintenance, geometric/volumetric adjustment, accredited CMM calibration (ISO 10360), and retrofit with modern electronics and software. In addition to CMMs, we calibrate laser trackers, portable measuring arms, scanning systems (SCANOLOGY/optical), and 3D vision machines. We work with traceable standards, EasyCMM/Mapper, and complete reports for audit purposes.
Accredited Calibration (CMM)
We perform accredited CMM calibration according to ISO 10360-2/-5 (E0/MPE, E150, R0, PFTU, etc.), with full traceability. This includes verification of TP20/TP200, SP25, and REVO probes, qualification of styli/tips, and confirmation of uncertainties. We deliver a certificate with results, uncertainty, and environmental conditions, ensuring regulatory compliance and confidence in audits and PPAP/FAI.
Geometric Adjustment (Linearity and Squareness)
We restore CMM accuracy through full geometric adjustment: straightness, squareness, flatness, inclinations, and pitch errors. We use certified artifacts (bars, spheres, cubes) and, when applicable, volumetric mapping with laser tracker and EasyCMM/Mapper, generating an error map loaded into the controller. A before/after report is provided, quantifying the improvement under ISO 10360 tests.
Laser Tracker Calibration
We calibrate laser trackers on-site or in the laboratory according to ISO 10360-10 and/or ASME B89.4.19. We test linearity, angular accuracy, distance (ADM/IFM), thermal drift, and beam stability using traceable references (bars, SMR, angle cubes), and cross-check with a reference tracker when required. We issue a certificate with uncertainty, error map, and recommendations for volumetric compensation and best practices.
Portable 3D Measuring Arm Calibration
We calibrate articulated arms with probe and scanner according to ISO 10360-12 (or ASME B89.4.22). We verify length, single point, and volumetric performance, qualify probes, assess joint play, probe orientation repeatability, and, when applicable, arm–scanner alignment. We deliver a certificate, GR&R, and setup recommendations (temperature, fixturing, extension, and probing techniques) for capability in production.
Scanning Systems Calibration (SCANOLOGY / Optical)
We verify/calibrate optical scanners (structured light/laser) and SCANOLOGY according to VDI/VDE 2634 (Parts 2/3) and ISO 10360-8 when integrated with CMMs. We test trueness and precision using 3D artifacts (spheres, step-gauges), evaluate noise, point spacing, and reconstruction error on difficult materials. We provide certificates with performance curves and validated scanning profiles.
3D Vision Machines Calibration (Nikon NEXIV / iNEXIV)
We calibrate vision measuring machines (Nikon NEXIV/iNEXIV), including XY scale, zoom, telecentricity, autofocus/Laser AF, and illumination (top/ring/diascopic). We use traceable scales and standards, glass plates with 2D artifacts, and height blocks for Z. We validate edge detection accuracy and repeatability, issue a certificate with uncertainties, and adjust light/focus parameters to ensure stable measurements in production.
Retrofit (Modernization)
We upgrade CMMs with new electronics, controllers, scales, software, and sensors (touch, continuous scanning, laser, and vision). We replace heads and interfaces, integrate LK CAMIO / Renishaw MODUS / PolyWorks / Metrolog X4, and enable volumetric mapping via EasyCMM/Mapper. Retrofit extends service life, improves speed and accuracy, adds SPC/automation, and reduces costs compared to purchasing a new CMM.
Preventive Maintenance
We keep your CMM in top condition before failures occur. We perform cleaning/lubrication, check cabling, air/vacuum, bearings and guides, test PH10/REVO heads, replace filters, and update software. We measure thermal drift and repeatability, adjust compensations, and issue a condition report. The result is higher availability, metrological stability, and reduced unplanned downtime.
Corrective Maintenance (Repair)
We respond quickly to mechanical, electrical, or software failures. We perform diagnostics, replace components (motors, scales, controllers), realign axes, and recover references. Recovery is validated with traceable standards and abbreviated ISO 10360 tests, ensuring the machine returns to specified performance. The goal: resume production as quickly as possible with minimal downtime.
