Offline Programming
We program your measurements offline, directly on the 3D CAD model, without interrupting production. Using CAMIO (multi-sensor and laser CMM), MODUS/REVO (5-axis scanning), PolyWorks|Inspector and Metrolog X4 (analysis/reports), SpatialAnalyzer (laser tracker), and Nikon AutoMeasure (NEXIV/iNEXIV). We define strategies, GD&T, RPS references, and run collision-free simulations including table, fixtures, and probes. We deliver validated programs, reports, and SPC/MES-ready files, ensuring shorter cycles, repeatability, and full traceability.

Program Creation from CAD
We extract features (holes, slots, cones, threads), create reference systems, and apply tolerances according to drawing/ISO-GPS. We optimize points and paths in CAMIO/MODUS and configure report templates in PolyWorks/Metrolog X4. Deliverables include a measurement plan, program file, and FAI/PPAP package.
Simulation, Collision Avoidance and Optimization
We simulate probe and head changes (PH10/REVO), laser scans (LC15Dx/L100/XC65Dx), and all machine movements in a virtual environment. Safety heights, approaches, and operation order are adjusted to minimize empty moves, reducing risk during start-up and shortening cycle times.


Libraries and Standardization
We create feature libraries and templates by family (flanges, housings, gears), with picking rules and edge filters. We standardize names, units, and tolerances, facilitating GR&R/MSA and ensuring consistency across shifts and plants.
Multi-Sensor in a Single Routine
We combine point-to-point probing (TP20/TP200), continuous scanning (SP25/REVO), laser line/point, and vision (NEXIV) in the same program. Freeform surfaces are captured with dense scanning, critical geometries with probing, and heights without contact using vision/laser — without repositioning.


Programs for REVO
We define 5-axis strategies in MODUS/REVO: attitude changes, dense meshes, nominal sections, and profiles. Reports include deviation maps and zone-based statistics, ensuring process capability (Cp/Cpk).
Vision Programming (NEXIV/iNEXIV)
In Nikon AutoMeasure we configure lighting (top/ring/diascopic), AF/Laser AF, stitching, and CAD-to-part. 2D/3D routines with automatic OK/NOK decisions are exported to SPC. Ideal for electronics, plastics, and micromechanics.


Integration and Automation
We prepare palletization, barcode/QR code reading, automatic cycle selection, probe changes, and publish results in CSV/Excel/SQL for SPC/MES/ERP. Report templates in PDF/Excel are matching your customer requirements.
Start-Up Assistance and Training
We install the program on the machine, validate times and capability, adjust strategies, and train operators (daily operation and offset management). Step-by-step documentation and backup are delivered for quick recovery.


Migration and Optimization
We rewrite legacy programs from other software, eliminate redundant measurements, update GD&T, and shorten cycles while maintaining (or improving) metrological coverage. The result: more parts measured per shift, with the same dimensional confidence.
