The KSCAN-X adapts perfectly to the type and size of the part to be inspected, offering three distinct modes: large-scale scanning with 21 blue laser lines in quadruple cross pattern, ideal for large parts, guaranteeing accuracy up to 0.075 mm and volumetric accuracy of 0.075 mm + 0.010 mm/m; high-definition mode for medium-sized parts, using 27 blue laser crosses, ideal for capturing fine details with accuracy up to 0.030 mm; and deep zone detection mode, thanks to a dedicated laser for narrow cavities, perfect for measuring tube interiors, gears, or grooves. The combination of quadruple cross blue laser technology with a high-frequency processor (180 FPS) enables acquisition speeds up to 6,450,000 measurements per second. Calibration is completed in just 20 seconds, optimizing setup time in industrial environments.
