Based on the same engineering philosophy that characterizes the VOXLS 30 and 40 models, the new VOXLS 20 C 225 has been developed to meet today's demands for space and productivity, while maintaining exceptional image quality. Its structure was designed to fit standard double doors, facilitating installation in environments with physical restrictions, without compromising the volumetric inspection capacity. With a scanning envelope measuring 555 mm in diameter by 759 mm in height, this system stands out as one of the most compact and effective solutions in its class.
From a technical point of view, robustness and precision are guaranteed by a high-performance metrology platform, supported by a granite base and steel manipulator towers, associated with high-precision motors and encoders. This set of characteristics ensures consistent and reliable results, both in a laboratory environment and in an intensive industrial context.
One of the great highlights of the VOXLS 20 C 225 is its motorized dual-source configuration, which allows it to automatically switch between a 225 kV reflection target and a 160 kV transmission target. This feature provides enormous flexibility to the user, allowing the system to be adjusted to the specific application with a simple command, whether to maximize resolution or speed up the inspection flow. Additionally, the filament optimization process has been automated, simplifying maintenance, extending component life and reducing the need for specialized technical intervention.
