The KSCAN-X is a fully wireless 3D scanner designed for large and medium parts, combining adaptive photogrammetry with blue laser technology. It offers high-speed, accurate scanning with a wide field of view and deep measurement range—ideal for demanding sectors like aerospace, transport, and energy.

The KSCAN-X adapts to the size and complexity of the part being measured, offering three dedicated modes:
- Large-scale scanning using quad-cross 21-line blue lasers, perfect for oversized parts. It delivers accuracy up to 0.075 mm and volumetric accuracy of 0.075 mm + 0.010 mm/m, with consistent performance even in harsh environments.
- High-definition mode for medium-sized components, using 27 blue laser crosses, which captures fine details with up to 0.030 mm accuracy — ideal for quality control in complex or curved geometries.
- Deep-cavity detection, thanks to a dedicated laser line and shorter baseline design, makes it ideal for measuring internal areas like pipe interiors or gear teeth, ensuring no blind spots.
Exceptional Speed and Efficiency
Combining quad-cross blue laser technology with a high-frequency processing unit (180 FPS), the KSCAN-X reaches a scanning rate of up to 6,450,000 measurements per second. This drastically reduces the need for markers, making the workflow faster and more intuitive without compromising precision.
Additionally, the system allows for quick calibration in just 20 seconds, optimising setup time in industrial environments.
Portability and Operator-Friendly Design
