The TrackScan GO was designed for environments where operational flexibility is critical. The tracker and scanner operate independently or combined, providing three distinct configurations in a single solution.
The solution or technology
The system offers three operational modes: tracker and scanner together for markerless scanning of parts with variable dimensions; tracker-only for long-range manual measurement of large components; scanner-only for high-precision inspection in confined spaces and internal cavities.
Equipped with 76 laser lines, the TrackScan GO provides four scanning modes: ultra-fast with 34 blue laser lines, hyper-fine with 7 parallel lines, deep-drilling with an additional laser line, and large-area scanning via the tracker.
The integrated chromatic camera supports AR overlay for CAD–part alignment and rapid identification of assembly errors. Surface defects such as scratches or dents are recorded directly on the 3D model.
The DefinSight-Inspect software includes intelligent guidance and automatic inspection sequences. Sensors automatically power the system when the case is opened, eliminating complex setup. Customizable buttons provide direct access to frequent operations.
Available in two versions: TrackScan GO-C with tracking distance up to 2800 mm, and TrackScan GO-E with extended reach up to 3500 mm. Both feature ISO 10360-13 compliance and a precision control system with four metrics.

The scanner working distance ranges from 150 to 450 mm, extendable to 650 mm, while the tracker operates between 500 and 1500 mm, with extension up to 2500 mm. Maximum scanning area reaches 2500×2000 mm in tracker mode.
The system records up to 6.500.000 measurements per second with 0.020 mm resolution. The scanner weighs 860 g without battery and the tracker 1580 g, facilitating prolonged operation. Operating temperature ranges from -10°C to 40°C.
